He holds certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, and Generative AI, and is recognized for building scalable solutions that empower clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional care.

As President of Mindful Management, Bill Taves provides strategic financial and operational leadership across the organization. With over three decades of experience, including more than 20 years as a Chief Financial Officer for public and private companies, Bill has successfully guided multinational chains and multi-site enterprises through growth, operational transformation, and financial optimization.
Bill’s career includes overseeing finance and operations for companies with hundreds of locations globally, and he has been recognized for delivering results in complex environments. As Chief Clinical Advisor of Mindful Management, Dr. David Brunick brings over 30 years of leadership experience combining clinical expertise with organizational strategy. He provides oversight of clinical programs, ensuring access to high-quality, evidence-based care and measurable outcomes.
Dr. Brunick has held senior leadership roles in behavioral health and human resources, overseeing organizations with up to 40,000 employees. He holds a Doctorate of Behavioral Health, a Master’s in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy, a Master’s in Management and Organizations, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. His ability to bridge clinical care and operational excellence strengthens Mindful Management’s mission to support providers and sustainable growth.
